Step Two
Fill out our new client form so we can get to know you before you walk in. Once submitted, you'll see available appointments within 90 days or have the option to join a waitlist.
Planning on a color service? We recommend starting with a New Curly Cut Experience first so your curls are healthy and ready.

Step Three
Show up with your hair in its natural state, no blowouts or heat styling beforehand. Come as you are and leave knowing exactly how to work with your curls, not against them.

New Client Form
What to Expect
The Pre-Visit
Come in wearing your first or second day curls, down, dry, and detangled, with no pins, clips, or rubber bands. This lets your stylist see your true natural curl pattern and hit the ground running. No blowouts, no heat styling beforehand. Just come as you are.
The Consultation
Every appointment starts with a conversation. Your stylist will look at your curl pattern, strand texture, and hair health, and ask about your lifestyle, your routine, and what you're hoping to achieve. From there, we cut dry using techniques tailored specifically to your curls, not a one-size-fits-all method. Think of it less like a haircut and more like a fitting.
Your first visit is a New Curly Cut Experience, about 3 hours, and includes a cut, product detox, and a full hands-on lesson in cleansing, hydrating, styling, and drying using Innersense Organic Beauty products. Returning appointments are about 2 hours and focus on refining your routine and technique as your curls evolve.
Before You Go
You won't just leave with great curls. You'll leave knowing how to recreate them at home. We'll make sure you understand your curl pattern, what products work for your texture, and how to get the most out of every wash day. Our goal is for you to feel confident and equipped, in the chair and beyond it.
